These accomplished panellists represent a diverse range of STEM disciplines and bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to inspire and empower the attendees.

Our esteemed panellists for the “Leadership Wisdom” event:

  1. Professor Madhu Bhaskaran FTSE – Professor Madhu Bhaskaran is a highly accomplished researcher and leader in the field of flexible electronics and materials science. She is a Fellow of the Australian Academy of Technology and Engineering (ATSE) and has made significant contributions to the development of wearable technology and electronic skin. Professor Bhaskaran will share her insights on innovation, leadership, and breaking barriers in STEM.
  2. Brenda Denbesten – Brenda Denbesten is a seasoned executive in the technology industry with extensive experience in project management, operations, and leadership. She has a strong passion for empowering women in STEM and has been actively involved in various initiatives supporting their advancement. Brenda will provide valuable perspectives on career progression, overcoming challenges, and fostering inclusivity in the workplace.
  3. Bhavika Unnadkat – Bhavika Unnadkat is a rising star in the field of artificial intelligence and data science. She has a diverse background in computer science and mathematics and has been recognized for her research and contributions to the industry. Bhavika will share her journey as a woman of colour in STEM, highlighting the importance of perseverance, continuous learning, and embracing opportunities.
  4. Ursula Dyer Lepporoli -Ursula Dyer Lepporoli is a proven leader with 15+ years of experience as a strategic global mobility tax expert. She has a track record of delivering innovative client-centric solutions, meeting compliance requirements, and exceeding expectations. Ursula is passionate about creating thriving communities through technology, process improvement, and culture. She has expertise in mobility tax, dynamic leadership, budget management, process improvement, and relationship management. Ursula’s achievements include winning competitive contracts, being featured in the KPMG International Women’s Day video, and serving on the board of directors for Multicultural Arts Victoria.
