This 7th issue of MAGNIFY marks the end of a special year for both our publication and STEM Sisters. We are excited to share with you some amazing stories of inspiring women of colour in STEM fields who are breaking barriers and achieving success.
In this issue, we feature an interview with Syeda Umama Mehreen, who shares her experiences and research in Materials Engineering at the University of Queensland. We also highlight the science of Botanical dyeing in our arts corner, showcasing the intersection of STEM and creativity.
We also celebrate the contributions of our exemplary volunteers Shejuti Shabnam and Jenny Nguyen. Furthermore, we feature the inspirational story of Mrunmayi Patil as part of our International to Local segment.
