Future Me Finalists for 2024 VEYA

We are thrilled to announce that our Future Me project has been recognised as a finalist for the 2024 VEYA Awards! This honour celebrates the exceptional efforts of early childhood services and organizations that promote access and engagement in early learning, especially for vulnerable or disadvantaged families.

The Future Me project empowers young children from all backgrounds to envision their future endeavours in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). By taking a creative and multifaceted approach, the program aims to bridge the gender gap in STEM fields and inspire girls from an early age. We nurture creativity, problem-solving, and critical thinking by engaging comic books, exciting science events ( Soapbox Science Melbourne and Sydney) and hands-on workshops (Santa’s Lab, Halloween Lab ).

We want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone involved in making the Future Me project a success—our dedicated team, community partners, and, most importantly, the families and children participating in our programs. Your support and enthusiasm drive us to keep pushing the boundaries of early childhood education.

As we celebrate this recognition, we remain committed to empowering young minds and fostering a love for STEM that will last a lifetime. Thank you for joining us on this incredible journey! We can’t wait to see what the future holds for the Future Me project and all the amazing young learners we serve. 🚀✨
