Are you considering applying for the Women of Colour in STEM Awards 2026, or nominating someone who is making a meaningful impact in STEM?
Join us for an online information session where we will provide guidance on the awards, explain the nomination process, and share practical tips on how to prepare a strong and competitive application.
The Women of Colour in STEM Awards, organised by STEM Sisters, celebrate the outstanding achievements and contributions of culturally and racially marginalised women across science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. The awards recognise leadership, innovation, research excellence, community impact, and emerging talent.
This session will cover:
- Overview of the 15 award categories (14 awards recognising women of colour in STEM and 1 category recognising allies)
- Eligibility and nomination requirements
- Tips for preparing a strong application
- Guidance on reference letters
- Key dates and submission process
- Opportunity to ask questions
