Along with the increasing awareness of sustainability, there is a need to investigate the motivations and barriers to CALD women clothing swap intention and behaviour.
We aim to discover how shopping values and perceived risks influence STEM women of colour, intention to participate in clothing swaps; to determine whether these influential factors vary to attending swapping events versus swapping with familiar family members and friends.
As we investigate how shopping values and perceived risks are related to the intention to clothing swap among CALD women. The research outcome will shed light on the understanding of CALD women swapping behaviour.
Women, especially those that are from a different cultural background, still face unemployment due to the existence of inequality and discrimination that continues to be a barrier
