An outreach events will be held at local primary schools. Outreach events are intended to increase awareness STEM Careers and to encourage girls in primary school to study STEM subjects in order to pursue STEM careers in the future. Our goal should be to prevent gender and cultural inequality in STEM fields.
The STEM Sisters’ ambassadors serve as role models for the next generation of learners. By empowering others, ambassadors can as well empower themselves by challenging stereotypes in early education.
Presenting… our very own comic book series to introduce STEM careers to children! Each story is a 4-page (16-square) comic featuring a woman protagonist in a scenario where she learns about a new STEM career. By inspiring young girls into STEM, we hope they would be interested and consider pursuing a STEM career in the future.
